reverse snow globe

so while driving around glaring at snow banks the other day I was struck by the thought of building a dome over my house with full spectrum lighting and heated an stuff to keep the winter more manageable. (perhaps I was deranged from cabin fever or something I dont know.) I picture myself in my sunny dome enjoying summertime activities while passers by stared in disbelief. it would be like living in a life size snowglobe only in reverse. sigh. luckly the weather seems to be improving now so I can put of my plans for building till at least late summer.

so what is the deal with ice fishing anyway? I just dont get it. but what I dont get even more is why,EVERY YEAR somebody loses their truck ice fishing.
why dont people learn!?
dont they think back to last year when that jack ass across the pond lost his truck in the water?
call me crazy but I think I will stay off the ice. in fact, I think I might just stay inside till spring is really here.
